No evidence of Disciplinary Committee/Reports anywhere on website which includes all professional licensures, separate site for Osteopathic licensures not searched as itÕs all on the same site that has no capability for routine reporting of disciplinary reporting.  
There was a Òlicensee lookupÓ, I was able to find one disciplined physician (Smith, A) with a ÒYesÓ on the column in a different color, it was not a hyperlink however.
