Filed a lawsuit in 2007 regarding the relationship of
the NCMS & NCMB; the suit was settled, then, inÉ
July 2011 the physician
evaluated and treated a patient for smoking cessation, obtained a regular
medical history, performed an examination, ordered and evaluated an EKG &
Lung Function testing, treated patient appropriately.
The patient died
that night.
***Patients DO die, everybody dies at
some point, the death was not related to what had
happened earlier in the day, physician had done nothing wrong.
